Homestead Accommodation

Yarras homestead has been recently fully renovated and can accommodate up to 10 people in complete luxury.

Yarras is the ultimate country retreat with amazing views, stylishly furnished and equipped with luxury bed linen.
The homestead has ducted heating and cooling, underfloor heating in both bathrooms along with beautiful inbuilt wood fires for the colder weather.
New fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast dining room, 2 newly renovated bathrooms plus additional toilets outside, large lounge room, formal dining room with 10-seater table.
BBQ area with outdoor dining furniture & beautiful wicker patio furniture.
Upstairs tea/coffee station for your morning cuppa in bed.

Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1 – King bed

Bedroom 2 - King bed

Bedroom 3 – Double bed

Bedroom 4 – Double bed

Bedroom 5 – 2 Single beds

* 6 beds in total, however king beds can be split into long singles to make 8 individual beds, at an additional charge.

Entire homestead available for 2 to a maximum 10 guests.

Price varies based on guest requirements & seasonal events.

** 2 night minimum stay

** Yarras is a working farm with livestock, No pets or animals are permitted on the property or in the homestead at anytime.

** The homestead is not suitable for toddlers or young children due to the staircase not having child safety barriers.

My partner and I recently got married at Yarras and we wouldn’t change a thing! For a wedding venue it is everything a bride and groom would dream of for a country wedding, quiet, relaxing and can accommodate your whole day; ceremony and reception. Yarras Homestead has a such a rich history with spectacular outlook of the property and country side from every single window. The accommodation at Yarras Homestead I could not recommend enough for people wanting to stay in Bathurst. The beds are more comfortable than your own and the linen is crisp, better than what you would get at any other motel! It is peaceful and allow for restful stay. The host is very responsive and accommodating, would recommend Yarras Homestead as both a wedding venue and a place to stay! Will be back in the future!! Rachel
